When three or four galleries are open at once, the details that matter most are the ones that slip: which client is past their deadline, who has already used both revision rounds, and which print order is still waiting on the final edit. This log keeps those facts in one row per job so you can scan it on a Monday morning and know exactly where each proofing round stands. It mirrors the structure described in the proofing guide at /guide/: a defined start, a due date, a capped number of revisions, and a clear end.

The rows below are examples with placeholder values; replace them with your own jobs. Keep the log for a few months and it also becomes evidence. If you want to put a number on the hours the process is costing or saving you, the Client Proofing Time Saved Calculator at /tools/proofing-time-saved/ turns a typical round into an estimate, and the article at /blog/managing-revisions/ covers what to do when the revision column keeps climbing.
